Modeling Funding Opportunity Announcement

The Office of Biological and Environmental Research at the U.S. Department of Energy is now considering proposals to support university-led research to use and improve E3SM.

The successful projects will be among the first to use E3SM (with other models) to investigate earth system science and to diagnose and improve the E3SM capabilities.

DOE hopes to make up to eight to 10 awards, to be announced later this summer.
