Welcome new and prospective collaborators!
Collaboration Request
Suppose you would like access to the internal documentation or the simulation data before its release. In that case, you are welcome to submit a short Collaboration Request document explaining what project you are working on, how you will use the requested resources, list E3SM Point of Contact for this request, and everyone needing access. The agreement facilitates the coordination of science and appropriate co-authorship of resulting publications.
You can submit the collaboration request by emailing it to the E3SM Executive Committee (EC) (e3sm-exec@llnl.gov). Note that you need to name E3SM Point of Contact (POC, a person from the E3SM Leadership Team) who can submit this collaboration to the EC on your behalf.
