    DOE Roundtable on Climate Research held on July 22, 2021.

    On Thursday, July 22, 2021, Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, Deputy Director for Climate and Environment at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy Jane Lubchenco and DOE scientists discussed climate research at DOE’s Office of Science.

    E3SM’s BGC Lead Scientist Kate Calvin represented the Earth and Environmental System Modeling (EESM) Program and was one of the DOE scientists along with Nicki Hickmon, representing the Atmospheric System Research (ASR) Program and the Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) user facility, and Margaret Torn, representing the Environmental System Science (ESS) Program.
