E3SM Website Restructure

As the E3SM project has progressed, ideas about how to best organize the website have evolved over time. Hence the E3SM website will undergo a restructuring to make it easier to locate information, data, and resources. Additionally, an improved website search capability will be implemented at the time of the restructuring.

The restructuring and search capability are in the planning stages at the moment, but the restructuring team is looking for beta testers.
